    $42/hour

    Minimum Commitment – Visits begin at 4 hours to allow time for meaningful support and recovery.

    Practical, mother-centered support to help you recover, adjust, and feel more confident during the early weeks with your baby.

    Care may include:

    • Emotional and practical postpartum support

    • Time for rest and recovery while baby is cared for

    • Comfort measures such as light massage, foot baths, meditation, breathwork, and relaxation techniques

    • Newborn care and infant feeding support
    (bathing, soothing, swaddling, feeding guidance, and responsive care)

    • Fourth trimester education and birth story processing

    • Babywearing guidance and access to a baby carrier lending library

    • Light household support
    (laundry, dishes, tidying, groceries, simple meal preparation, and snacks)

    • Partner and family support

    • Trusted resources and referrals when additional care is needed

The Honey Rest

  • Postpartum Doula Care – Overnight

    $360/night

    Minimum Commitment – Overnight care begins at 8 hours to provide uninterrupted support and rest.

    Overnight newborn care and postpartum support so you can get the rest you need during the early weeks with your baby.

    Care may include:

    • Overnight newborn care
    (feeding, diapering, soothing, settling, and comforting care)

    • Maternal rest and recovery support

    • Infant feeding support
    (breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or combination feeding)

    • Light overnight household tasks related to baby care
    (bottle washing, feeding supplies, nursery reset, and tidying)

    • Emotional support and fourth trimester guidance

    • A smooth transition into the morning with baby care needs addressed

Nest & Nourish

  • Nesting, Nourishment & Family Support

    $60/hour

    Minimum Commitment – Bookings begin at 2 hours and can be customized to fit your family's needs.

    Flexible support for families looking for extra help preparing for baby, recovering postpartum, or managing day-to-day tasks.

    Care may include:

    • Nesting and home preparation

    • Baby shower and nesting gathering support

    • Grocery shopping and pantry stocking
    (grocery costs reimbursed by the family)

    • Meal preparation and meal drop-off

    • Traditional postpartum recovery practices
    (sitz baths, belly binding, and other comfort measures)

    • Household support
    (cleaning, laundry, dishes, and tidying)

    • Birth planning and resource guidance

    • Access to a baby carrier and book lending library

    • Closing the Bones ceremony

    • Restorative care and relaxation support

    • Personalized recommendations and referrals

Golden Hour

  • Birth & Postpartum Doula Care

    $1800

    Limited spaces available

    Comprehensive support through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum weeks.

    This experience includes:

    • 3-4 prenatal visits
    (to prepare for birth, discuss options, and explore your goals and preferences)

    • Personalized birth planning and education

    • Partner preparation and support

    • Access to a resource and lending library

    • Text and email support throughout pregnancy

    • Regular check-ins as your due date approaches

    • On-call support beginning at 37–38 weeks

    • Continuous labour and birth support
    (including comfort measures, positioning, movement, massage, and coping techniques)

    • Immediate postpartum support following birth & 24hr follow-up visit (2hr)

    • 16 hours of postpartum doula care during the first two weeks
    (daytime, overnight, or a combination of both)

    • Newborn care and infant feeding support

    • Birth story processing and emotional support
